Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, banking, or Business.
- Professional banking or finance qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, CFA, ZICA) are an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Zambian business sectors and market dynamics.
Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in SME/Business/Corporate Banking.
- Strong sales and relationship management skills.
