Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, banking, or Business.
- Professional Banking or Finance qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, CFA, ZICA) are an added advantage.
Professional Experience:
- 10 years’ experience in SME/business/corporate banking.
- Minimum of 10-12 years’ experience in banking or financial services.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior corporate banking and leadership role.
