To attend to any cash related matter (e.g., walk-in customers, ATM’s) whilst forming an accurate assessment and understanding of that demand in order to act on it in a manner that consistently delivers in line with client experience and laid down requirements.

Experience Required: Fresh Graduates
Recent graduate with a qualification in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, or a related field. Previous internship, attachment, customer service, retail, sales, or cash-handling experience will be an added advantage. Candidates should possess strong numerical aptitude, customer service orientation, and an understanding of basic banking, compliance, and operational risk principles.
