Marketing Supervsor

Twyford is currently seeking a proactive Marketing Supervisor with more than 3 years of relevant experience to co-ordinate and lead the marketing team in Lusaka, Zambia.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate nationwide marketing activities, ensuring alignment with company objectives and delivering measurable results.

Oversee new product launches, including distribution planning, rollout execution, and regular updates of product catalogues and marketing materials.

Manage retail and store development, including:

Maintenance and performance monitoring of existing stores

Conducting store audits and compliance checks

Identifying and onboarding new customers and retail partners

Supervising the end-to-end construction and branding of Twyford stores

Plan and execute advertising and promotional campaigns by:

Collaborating with internal sales and business teams

Coordinating with external advertising agencies and vendors

Ensuring timely placement and visibility of marketing materials across regions

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and improve performance.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing, preferably within the building materials, construction, or mobile phone industries

Strong ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills

Proven organizational and project management capabilities
