Lead the technology and the growth of Zambia’s Smart Invoicing future.

We are an established ICT and Healthcare Technology group with a footprint across multiple African markets, delivering solutions to leading government and enterprise clients. As ZRA’s Smart Invoice ecosystem reshapes digital tax compliance, we’re scaling

our fiscalisation practice and looking for a leader who can drive both the engineering and the commercial side of it.

This is not a pure coding role, and it’s not a pure sales role. It’s for a senior technologist who can architect a Smart Invoice integration in the morning and shape a client proposal in

the afternoon.

What you’ll do

• Own the architecture anddeliveryof Smart Invoice integrations across ERP/POS, retail, utilities, fuel, and logistics clients.
• Leadandgrow a team of integration engineers.
• Drivedelivery—scope,budget, risk, go-live, and hypercare.
• Supportthecommercial pipeline: scoping, estimating, proposals, and client engagement.
• Be ourcredibletechnical face with clients, partners, and the Zambia Revenue Authority.

What we’re looking for

• 10+ years insoftware engineering/ solutions architecture, with technical leadership experience.
• Hands-onfiscalisation,e-invoicing, or tax-authority integration experience (ZRA Smart Invoice strongly preferred; ZIMRA / MRA / FIRS / KRA equivalent welcome).
• StrongAPI,middleware, and ERP/POS integration background.
• A project / agile certification(PMI-ACP, PMP, PRINCE2or similar).
• Commercial instinct—comfortable scoping deals,supportingproposals, and engaging executives.
• Mustbe a memberof the Information and Communications Technology Association

of Zambia (ICTAZ) with a valid practicing license.

Nice to have

• Multi-countryAfrican deliveryexperience.
• Government / public-sector programme exposure.
• Cloud,fintech,or digital-payments background.
