WE ARE HIRING: SALES EXECUTIVE – REAL ESTATE

Are you a driven and results-oriented sales professional with a passion for real estate? We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team and help clients find the right property investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Generate and convert sales leads into successful property transactions.
✔ Conduct property viewings and site visits with prospective clients.
✔ Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
✔ Promote residential, commercial, and land properties through various marketing channels.
✔ Negotiate and close sales while ensuring excellent customer service.
✔ Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
✔ Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

Requirements:

✅ Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
✅ Proven experience in sales; real estate, banking, insurance and TELECOMS experience will be an added advantage.
✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
✅ Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
