
Role Purpose
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Meet and Greeter for our Kaoma Branch. The core responsibility of this role is to provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, clients, and employees entering our premises. This role is ideal for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, a helpful attitude, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. The Meet and Greeter will serve as the first point of contact and play a vital role in creating a positive impression of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner
- Direct guests to the appropriate person or department
- Provide information about our organization and answer general inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Answer phone calls and transfer to the appropriate person
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining visitor logs
Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Studies, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; experience in financial services is an added advantage
- Knowledge of financial products and services is beneficial
- Demonstrated experience in marketing, sales, or a related role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Creative thinking with strong commercial awareness
- A team player with a customer-focused mindset
