We are looking for exceptional global talent across several high-impact roles across KCM, including:

• Director – Konkola: Full P&L ownership of Konkola Integrated Business Unit (IBU), delivering 15 KT/month Metal-in-Concentrate (MIC) production and scaling contractor‑led mining through a Business Partner governance model.
• Director – Smelter & Refinery: Leadership of the copper processing IBU with a 500 KTPA output target, accountability for production, recovery optimisation, and cost efficiency through Business Partner frameworks.
• Head Concentrator: Leadership of Concentrator Business Unit with 6MTPA concentrator and 3 others with 15MTPA cumulative feed capacity. Accountability for production, recovery optimisation, and cost efficiency via Business Partner frameworks.
• Head – Infrastructure Projects: Leadership of USD 600 million Konkola Deep Mining Project (KDMP) infrastructure build — shafts, ventilation, dewatering — ensuring safe, timely, and cost‑efficient delivery with Business Partners.
• Head – Thermal Projects: Leadership of USD 350 million thermal power program (MW‑scale plants), ensuring reliable energy supply for mining operations through a minimum package business partner delivery model.
