You will be responsible for

  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner by phone, email, and chat
  • Making outbound calls to customers and partners
  • Sharing feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
  • Gathering customer feedback and sharing it with product, sales, and marketing teams

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
