
Job Responsibilities
Assist in collecting, organizing, and verifying employee attendance records, and follow up on attendance exceptions;
Support the registration, filing, and management of warning letters, reward and disciplinary records, and other employee relations documents;
Assist in building, organizing, and maintaining employee personnel files to ensure completeness and accuracy;
Support onboarding, probation, transfer, and offboarding documentation processing and filing;
Assist in updating employee information and maintaining basic data in the HR system;
Support daily administrative and document management tasks within the HR department;
Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above; major in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields is preferred;
Open to recent graduates, candidates who have completed all coursework, or 2026 graduates who are available for full-time work;
Able to work full-time on-site during standard working hours;
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word);
Detail-oriented, responsible, and strong in data handling and document management;
Good communication, coordination skills, execution ability, and team spirit;
Strong sense of confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive employee data properly;
Prior HR, administrative, or filing-related internship experience is a plus.
