DOT seeks to engage a short-term, Zambia-based consultant to provide end-to-end logistical and operational coordination for a 4-day DOT network convening in mid-April, 2026 in Lusaka, Zambia, for approximately 60 participants. The consultancy engagement would begin in early March until the end of April.
