Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Gloria Inn Hotel. This full-time on-site role, based in Ndola, involves managing staff, optimizing guest satisfaction, maintaining service excellence, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities include supervising departments such as customer service, food and beverage, reception, and sales, as well as managing budgets and achieving overall business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and receptionist-related skills with a focus on creating exceptional guest experiences and handling guest concerns efficiently.
- Proven skills in Budgeting and financial management to ensure effective cost control and profitability.
- Experience in Sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and occupancy rates.
- Proficiency in managing Food & Beverage operations to uphold quality standards and provide excellent dining experiences.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills that foster a motivated and high-performing team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in a hotel management role or similar leadership capacity required.
Knowledge of the hospitality industry trends and standards in Zambia is advantageous.
